Would stay again
Great hotel for solo travellers. Tram 14 (under 5 mins walk from the hotel) will take you directly to Dam Square/Central Station and Tram 3 (from the same stop) will take you directly to the museum areas. Oosterpark is a lovely, relaxing spot a few minutes walk away.
There is a bakery 3 mins walk if you turn right coming out of the hotel, serving great croissants and coffee which you can then take to the park.
Only a couple of things to improve on - it would be great if a bit more of a quality check could be done on the rooms beforehand - my TV did not work for 3 out of my 4 day stay and one of the bath towels had a huge hole in it!

Where to start....we arrived at the beautiful Manor hotel from Ireland late. It was after 10pm and after a long day of travelling we were greeted by the wonderful Demitri. He was just a pure gem. The hotel is spotless with beautiful decore and a very interesting history. We got to stay in the newly renovated king superior room. Again, the room was spotless and the bed oh the comfortable bed, a full week of amazing sleep. The hotel is a brilliant base for travelling into the city and further. Meters and trams three minutes away. We cannot wait to come back again. Thank you The Manor staff you are the highlight of this hotel. Now, unfortunately, back to reality.
Amazing Stay At The Manor Hotel
We had an amazing time at The Manor Hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in a superior balcony room. The room was very clean and well laid out, breakfast was excellent and the staff all very friendly and helpful.
Train station is a 5 minute walk away, with a 25 minute journey to the airport, so easy.
Tram right outside and again very easy to use.
Also we would definitely recommend a visit to The Cottage for dinner, 5 minute walk up the road.
