Can I change or cancel my booking?

The cancellation policy for your booking varies based on the selected room rate.

Non-Refundable Rates: If you opt for the non-refundable rate, it means you're getting a great deal, but do keep in mind that these bookings require full prepayment at the time of booking and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Flexible Rates: With our flexible rates, you have the freedom to pay later, and cancellation is free until 16:00 hours CET one day before your scheduled arrival.

Please note the following important details:

Early Departure: If your plans change, and you leave early, there will be an additional charge for the first night following your departure.

No Show: In the event of a no-show, you will be responsible for the cost of the first overnight stay, and subsequent booked nights will be forfeited.

If you made your booking directly through our website, you have the flexibility to manage your booking online. Simply visit our Change or Cancel Booking page, and all it takes is your email address and booking number (found in the confirmation email) to make adjustments.

Is Wi-Fi available?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in at Manor Hotel Amsterdam is possible from 15:00. Check out is possible until 12:00.

Can I get a late check-out?

Extend your stay with late check-outs, subject to availability and a nominal fee. For details, enquire at the hotel.

May I bring my pet along?

No, pets are not permitted in the restaurant or in the hotel.

May I smoke in the hotel/are there smoking rooms?

The entire hotel is non-smoking. You can ask for a room with a balcony when making your reservation. These rooms are available on a limited basis. Otherwise, it is possible to smoke under the shelter by the front door of the hotel.

Is the hotel accessible for disabled people?

Yes, the hotel has one room that is accessible for disabled persons. There are also several rooms on the ground floor.

As of what age can I book a room?

Eden Hotels has clear rules for making a reservation and minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and stay at our hotels without a parent or guardian.

What is the easiest way to reach the hotel using public transport?

With the train, it is best to travel to Station Amsterdam Muiderpoort. Buses and trams stop at the Linnaeusstraat/Wijttenbachstraat stop, which is two minutes walking from the hotel.

How do the recent changes in Tourism Fee and City Tax in Amsterdam impact my booking?

All reservations made prior to 1st January 2024 for stays in 2024 will have incorporated the Tourism Fee and City Tax rates applicable in 2023. On 16th November 2023, the Amsterdam municipality announced the discontinuation of the Tourism Fee (3 Euros per person per night) but a revision in the City Tax, increasing it from 7% to 12.5%. Please note that all rates presented on this website until 31st December 2023 for stays in 2024 will not encompass these tax adjustments.

For flexible bookings, the initially booked rate will be modified at the hotel, and guests will be charged based on the new rate. For non-refundable bookings, guests will be requested to settle the difference resulting from these tax changes during their stay at the hotel.

Can I book several rooms at once?

Of course you can. From 10 rooms or more belonging to one group, booked separately or through one group reservation, special group conditions always apply. Please contact the hotel's reservation department to agree on these, so that there are no surprises.
