Starting Thursday, October 30th, NUME Bistro will close temporarily for renovation. We’re redesigning our restaurant to offer an even more elevated dining experience and look forward to welcoming you back soon. In the meantime, enjoy a wonderful meal nearby at Rayleigh & Ramsay Oost, Restaurant Nomads, or Eighty-Four Amsterdam. As our guest, you’ll receive a complimentary drink or special discount, simply ask the reception for your restaurant card.

From November 1st, our bar area will also close temporarily for renovation. We’re giving it a fresh new look to match the vibrant spirit of our hotel and neighbourhood.
