Our new pop-up restaurant introduces a fresh concept to the table, where ecological cooking meets the comforting flavours of French gastronomy. At Restaurant R, sustainability isn't just a trend—it's our guiding principle. We're committed to championing zero-waste practices by rescuing foods that would otherwise be discarded by local suppliers and distributors. Shockingly, over one-third of all food produced globally goes to waste, often due to cosmetic imperfections, despite being perfectly good to eat. By repurposing these ingredients into creatively crafted dishes, we ensure that each plate not only delights your palate but also contributes to the well-being of our planet.

Our menu blends traditional and modern French cuisine, offering a refined selection of recipes that are predominantly plant-focused, but not exclusively plant-based. Dishes such as fresh mushroom broth with citrus ‘caviar’ and poached cod garlic fudge sit alongside beloved classics like sea bass ceviche and smoked entrecote. And for those with sweet cravings, be sure not to overlook Head Chef Bryce Steba's signature dessert: the tantalising caramelised orange peel.
